At the 2014 Billboards Music Awards, held in Las Vegas.Music divas graced the carpet in sexy gowns- some in chiffon sheerness,  pleated, with lacy panels and cutouts.J.Lo ruled in Red- Hot Donna Karen, newcomer Iggy Azalea shines in red Zuhair Murad and rapper Nicki Minaj showed some skin in a form-fitting number by Alexander McQueen.
